【本報訊】公屋一房難求，但其實半個世紀前的公共房屋環境惡劣，殖民時代前工務司鄔勵德卻熱衷興建公共樓宇，放棄高薪厚職留港，二戰集中營生活令他體會到基層亦應活得有尊嚴，造就50年代首個設獨立廚廁的屋邨誕生，成公屋楷模，勵德邨亦以他命名。逾百歲的他仍熱愛這片土地，視自己為香港人，藉紀錄片細訴段段香港故事。
