【本報訊】社聯去年底推共享房屋項目，一個單位由兩戶人共住，於土瓜灣提供61個住宅單位，惟申請人數冷淡，現時入伙率僅三分之一。負責營運的聖公會福利協會指，港人着重私隱，對共享房屋概念仍然陌生，但預計可在3個月內租出所有單位。有即將入伙的單親媽媽指，輪候公屋多年仍未可上樓，共享房屋助她解決燃眉之急。
