手機電召車應用程式Uber出現漏洞，除司機被揭發串通假信用卡集團以「幽靈乘客」手法騙取車費外，有Uber乘客被人冒名另開戶口，在深圳多次乘車，信用卡被扣取4,000多元車費。乘客投訴後雖獲退款，但事件顯示Uber系統保安可能有漏洞。
