【「星」級好老闆三之二】用布蒙眼、戴耳機生活、坐外公輪椅外出，這位曾任空姐的新加坡甜姐兒──梁雪儀（Leona），不是想博取同情，只是想感受失明、失聰及殘疾的苦況。體驗殘疾的一年，她花光30萬港元積蓄，2011年拿着1.2萬元，開辦包裝糖果的社會企業「愛‧Singapore」，聘殘疾人士工作。「我覺得要先了解才能請人，因為我想他們做得開開心心。」
