【本報訊】北區醫院發生派漏藥及涉嫌隱瞞的醫療事故，一名患有糖尿病、心血管病及胰臟癌的男病人今年5月初在北區醫院接受治療後出院，醫生處方多種藥物供病人出院後繼續服用，但護士將藥放在儲存櫃，13日後才被發現，一直無服藥的病人同日因胰臟癌擴散身亡，個案已轉介死因裁判官跟進。病人家屬指，有病房職員曾聲稱醫生並無處方藥物，院方亦發現職員無呈報派漏藥失誤。
