《自由今日大马》报道，吉兰丹行政议员阿都法达（Abdul Fatah Mahmood）宣布，全体商家包括非穆斯林商人，必须在晚祷期间停止营业，以确保所有购物者能够祈祷。但是诚信党副主席胡桑慕沙批评有关政策扰民，“为何此举要扩大至非穆斯林？他们都没有祈祷？”胡桑批评丹州政府无法实现为民服务的议程，只好炒作小课题来彰显其伊斯兰色彩。
