【本報訊】施政報告建議以「劃線」形式取消強積金對沖，政府標榜方案對打工仔更有保障。但有工會踢爆，由於政府同時會調低計算離職賠償的工資比率，一些長年資僱員若在劃線後每年有穩定加薪，其離職後取得總賠償可能較有對沖時更少，差距可達一成。工會批評政府設計方案時「睇漏眼」，促政府維持以月薪三分二計算賠償，防止有打工仔得不償失。
