【本報訊】今年農曆年初二凌晨發生的旺角騷亂，造成過百警務人員受傷，警隊論功行賞，近百名來自15個警隊單位的警務人員昨獲警務處處長盧偉聰正式嘉許，其中4名警務人員獲頒俗稱「花雞繩」的警務處處長嘉許，包括當晚向天連開兩槍示警、綽號「高威」的西九龍交通部警員黃慶威。多個關注團體及立法會議員批評警方嘉許開槍示警人員不恰當，只會加劇警民矛盾。
