【本報訊】25歲社運青年去年5月，參與由「青年重奪未來」發起的「毋忘反高鐵 誓反大白象」示威遊行，被指在示威者衝擊警方防線時向警方擲薯條盒，遭控參與非法集結罪。案件昨裁決，裁判官指目擊事故的高級督察指擲盒男中長髮和戴眼鏡，與被告不符，若非督察指錯人，便是拘捕的警員拉錯人，故裁定被告脫罪。
