【本報訊】潮州食品除了打冷、食粥，60年代的街頭潮州甜品「冷糕」，同樣牽動港人一股追尋懷舊食品風。由在油麻地推車仔到在吉之島賣冷糕、再轉戰油麻地街頭的無牌小販，近月在粥店外角落「掛單」，不少人專程前來尋味，營業額激增一倍，無奈被食環署指違例售賣，為免連累粥店老闆，被迫暫停售賣。
