【嚴打違契工廈】
【本報訊】近月發生九龍灣工廈迷你倉四級火及長沙灣工廈三級火，政府日前公佈加強管制違地契工廈，首輪共6幢工廈，包括荃灣順豐工業中心。該工廈內有健身中心、娛樂場所、教會，藝員陳豪亦在其中一單位經營咖啡店，陳豪昨早在店內製作咖啡豆，其發言人重申，店舖已獲多部門審批，咖啡店亦不進行零售生意。
