恒地主席「四叔」李兆基近年多次看淡本港樓市，惟料跌幅不會太大；他昨在業績會上重申沒改變看法，但就估計樓價會由高位累跌最多30%，「喺好市跌到今日，已跌咗15%」，估計今年上半年或再跌5%，隨後慢慢跌多10%直到明年底。對於本地經濟前景，李指恒指若重上24000點，香港經濟會恢復。
