【本報訊】中環四季酒店的酒吧疑利用灰色地帶無牌賣酒，位於酒店大堂的Blue Bar在酒店露台設立了吸煙區，顧客可以在露天地方一邊抽煙一邊飲酒，但原來酒吧獲批的酒牌並不包括吸煙區所在的露台範圍，酒吧不可在露台出售酒類飲品。
