【本報訊】去年勁蝕近6億元的國泰航空展開第二波裁員，繼上月底向190名中高層開刀後，昨起分批裁減400名基層員工，佔集團相關職位18%。國泰上月事先張揚炒600人，但至今尚未派完解僱信，部份被裁目標未來一個月才陸續收到離職通知。工會批評斬件式裁員令員工人人自危，「唔知幾時又殺到埋身」，促公司盡快重組，讓員工安心工作。
