【本報訊】國泰航空因燃油對沖虧蝕84.5億元而錄得5.7億元業績赤字，8年來首次見紅。國泰行政總裁朱國樑昨與管理層開會落實救亡對策，先向經理級或以上員工「開刀」，目標1年內削減30%員工成本，並會精簡架構。普通職級員工也不能倖免，但資方沒承諾不會裁員或凍薪。
