【本報訊】國泰（293）上周擬入股香港航空及香港快運（HK Express）的傳聞，再次鬧得沸騰，國泰昨日終發公告披露，正積極商談收購香港快運，惟未有提及洽購港航。分析認為，傳統大型航空公司直接經營廉航是世界趨勢，惟估計快運大股東海航集團不會放棄本地業務，國泰全面收購快運的機會微。
