猴年要有個好開始,開年飯食得好至為重要,但天氣急降加上正值長假期,令本港海產和蔬菜供應驟降,有漁農業界預計,新春開年飯市民難免要捱貴餸,魚類及蔬菜至少貴兩成至一倍,有菜販更形容今年菜價是近20年來最貴;飲食業亦大嘆食材成本大增,但因市道前景「麻麻」,故開年飯亦不敢加價。
