【本報訊】特首梁振英一直將樓價高企及公營房屋供應不足歸咎於上屆政府房屋政策失當。前特首曾蔭權首度開腔反駁，堅持金融風暴後為挽救樓市而落重藥是正確決定。他承認當年停止賣地後應繼續積極開拓新土地，但政府在樓市低潮時大量開拓土地，又賣不出，阻力會很大。
