【本報訊】炎夏進行戶外活動,要對抗猛烈陽光對皮膚的傷害,需小心選擇及使用防曬產品,提防曬傷,甚至引致皮膚癌的風險。皮膚科專科醫生林嘉雯表示,揀啱防曬產品度數、因應皮膚情況選擇合適產品、進行皮膚測試、塗用全身需約5至6茶匙防曬產品,女士們並要於化妝前塗獨立的防曬用品,是預防曬傷的五大關鍵。
