【本報訊】食環署由今年2月起耗資近70萬元試驗國產太陽能垃圾桶，聲稱當垃圾七成滿時，桶內壓縮機會自動將垃圾壓扁，避免垃圾滿瀉。但記者實地測試卻發現部份太陽能垃圾桶疑似「食滯」，垃圾近滿瀉都未有將垃圾壓扁。食環署官員卻力撐新垃圾桶無問題，「係咪七成滿好主觀，個垃圾桶又冇畫條界喺度」。
