旺角上海街707至709號唐樓，凌晨2時53分，街坊見到一名30多歲男子在7樓天台徘徊，擔心他跳樓而報警。消防員及警方到場，該男子聲稱上天台看風景，但因為未能出示身份證明文件，被帶返警署調查。
