捲入串謀行騙的「治癌女博士」趙淑儀，廣結人緣。據悉她早在2010年便出入中國基督教播道會港福堂等教會，更稱在各教會邀請下多次舉辦講座。在講座上，她自稱透過活化大腦的自然療法醫好自身的鼻咽癌和淋巴癌，加上播放一名「成功個案」的教友患者片段，吸納大批教友繳付巨額治療費。
