本港「小丑王」吳浩賓曾指，若全香港人都可以做一日小丑，社會一定會更和諧。世界小丑協會將於八月底舉行繽紛國際小丑節2015，廣邀全港市民做一日小丑，將歡樂感染他人。這是首次於亞洲區舉辦大型小丑嘉年華。
