【本報訊】屯門學前教育中心「愛寶貝教育」，疑因欠租被業主封舖，但中心在6月結業前仍繼續招收暑期班學生，數十名家長不滿向海關舉報，海關不良營商手法調查課昨以涉嫌違反《商品說明條例》中「不當地接受付款」，拘捕38歲中心負責人，並押其返回中心搜查。海關稱牽涉預付金額約10萬元，惟相信金額會進一步上升。
