【本報訊】市區重建局昨公佈以天價實用面積每平方呎23,568元，向西營盤崇慶里/桂香街重建項目業主提出收購，成歷來最高收購價，也是市建局首次破2萬元收購價。按此推算，一個約500平方呎的單位，舊樓業主可獲約高達1,178萬元的賠償。
