【本報訊】港鐵沙中綫紅磡段2019年通車，市建局在未來的馬頭圍站附近啟動新一個重建項目，擬拆卸壠明街/榮光街多幢近60年樓齡唐樓，項目將與去年已啟動的榮光街項目一併發展，提供逾400個單位，成本合共20多億元，市建局料會錄得虧蝕。有七旬子與逾百歲母親對重建感欣喜，希望賠償足以讓他們在同區購買面積相若單位。
