中醫認為要天人合一,人的生理時鐘應順應大自然規律,若能配合一日十二個時辰不同臟腑當令時間,工作、休息及飲食,身體自然會健康。中醫師教路,想一日精力充沛,在胃經當令的早上7至9時,應食豐富的早餐,女士若做Facial或按摩做Spa,下午5至7時腎經當令時最合適。不少人喜歡收工後做運動,但晚上9時後三焦通當令,跑步做Gym會耗損精氣,易令人失眠。
