【本報訊】大坑36年民間食店、以傳統竹板拉腸粉聞名的康記粥店,今年5月不敵貴租結業。舊店主的兒子陳先生與新合夥人在舊舖旁覓得較便宜舖位、昨易名「新康記粥店」重新開業。新店仍售傳統炸一腸(炸兩)、生滾粥,但竹板拉腸粉不復見,改用新式鐵爐。新店增設生滾湯飯,供食客自選滑雞、魚腩等配料,配以每日以鮮魚骨、豬骨、雞骨熬製的無味精湯底作招徠。
