【本報訊】有市民投訴昨登記入住東涌避寒中心時，竟被安排到廁所（化妝間）「打地鋪」，批評做法有侮辱成份；但民政總署回應稱是因應私隱度及入住人數等因素選址，甚至指有人主動要求到「化妝間」度宿，不過日後會加強與使用者溝通。
