英基學校協會今年第三年舉辦No Ceiling計劃，於旗下四間學校 (英皇佐治五世學校、啟新書院、沙田學院及西島中學) 選出27名七至九年級，相等於中一至中三的資優生完成五個不同主題包括科學﹑民生 、文學 等的專題研習，旨在提供一個平台給具有相同能力的同學透過專題研習建立聯繫。
