【本報訊】實施15年的強積金制度逐步鬆綁。政府昨刊憲，容許罹患末期疾病、獲醫生證明壽命僅餘12個月或以下的僱員，可提早領取強積金（MPF），8月1日起生效。有醫生指不少癌症無法醫治但暫可控制，即使病人壽命餘下逾1年，因已無法工作，也應可提早善用強積金。
