【本報訊】深水埗一名變態褻衣賊，不但狂偷女性內衣褲，更將女性用過的衞生巾撿回家收藏，並以福榮街住所對面一幢唐樓為主要偷竊目標。住客在天台安裝閉路電視監視，但褻衣賊照樣來偷，本月他接連偷走曬晾在天台的女住客內衣褲後，昨晨他又出動，結果被埋伏警員逮個正着。警方並在其住所起回逾百件贓物。
