【本報訊】患結節性硬化症的36歲池燕蘭，等不到醫管局將藥物納入藥物名冊已死亡。現時結節性硬化症病人要患腦內巨細胞星型細胞瘤，才獲醫管局處方藥物，但須自費買，今年7月起才可向撒瑪利亞基金申請資助。有病人組織批評，患該細胞瘤病人「萬中無一」，但逾90%病人腎臟有腫瘤；用藥限制多及缺政府資助，很多病人有藥無錢食。
