【本報訊】審計署報告揭發有14個慈善團體獲政府優惠價批地後，用來經營酒店牟利。地政總署表示，當中一些獲批土地用途包括「旅舍」，而「旅舍」與「酒店」定義無明確區別，因此難以指有關個案違反地契。署方稱，當日後這些地契到期需續約時，會考慮加入條款，規定慈善團體須定期提交賬目及不可將利潤自行分派。
