人民力量立法會議員「慢必」陳志全早前乘搭港鐵時，遭兩名中年婦人針對其性傾向爆粗辱罵，他昨帶同當日拍攝到的被罵短片到平機會投訴。但資深傳媒人褚簡寧（Chugani）昨就在《南華早報》撰文，指兩名婦人有言論自由，二人有權取笑慢必下體尺寸，他人都有使用「蝗蟲」形容內地人的權利。陳志全斥褚簡寧「歪理連篇」，變相鼓勵其他人歧視同性戀者或者做出仇恨行為。
