【本報訊】上周三凌晨在何文田佛光街發生的內地男女大學生街頭「野戰」事件中，當日避走內地的18歲女主角，本周二終被說服從北京返港，翌日在就讀的理工大學校內社工陪同下，到紅磡警署自首，警方掌握新證據後將案件由「猥褻露體罪」，改為刑責較重、俗稱「有違公德罪」的「破壞公眾體統罪」跟進，並准涉事女生保釋候查。理大對事件回應則稱感到震驚和遺憾。
