【本報訊】柴灣小西灣邨出現縱火狂徒，居民指過去3年瑞福樓9樓梯間發生近30宗燒垃圾桶事件，全由居民撲熄。縱火案沉寂半年後於本月又再發生，更曾於3日內3度起火，其中1日是6小時內連續發生2次。縱火案頻生，居民感到惶恐，但要求房署加裝天眼不果，惟有寄望警方盡快緝捕狂徒歸案。
