【本報訊】國父孫中山革命基地、屬於一級歷史建築的青山紅樓恐遭清拆！《蘋果》發現去年底有神秘內地買家，從慈善家李寶椿後人手上以500萬元購入紅樓所在地，至近日突有工人到場斬樹及拆去紅樓部份圍牆，更勒令紅樓內近20名住客需於後日（周日）限期前搬走，並威脅會截斷電力。住客除面臨無家可歸外，更有人擔心有百年歷史的寶貴紅樓會毀於一旦。
