【本報訊】註冊社工兼康橋之家前院長張健華，因涉任職院長時與院舍內中度智障女院友非法性交而被拘控，但最後獲撤銷起訴。律政司昨解釋，由於專科醫生多次評定事主因創傷後壓力症及智障而不適宜出庭作供，若強迫她應訊，更會危害其復原機會，在考慮過相關法律，及所餘證據沒合理機會證明入罪後，才無奈決定撤銷檢控。
