社运份子和人权律师茜蒂卡欣今天被控阻拦执法人员办公，如果罪名成立，最多坐牢2年或罚款不超过1万令吉，或两者兼施。联邦直辖区伊斯兰宗教局（JAWI）4月份取缔同性恋、跨性恋、双性恋和变性人群体（LGBT）的活动。茜蒂卡欣当面阻止JAWI执法而抵触刑事法186条文（妨碍公务员执法）。茜蒂卡欣不认罪，以3千令吉保外，案件将于8月22日聆审。
