【本報訊】青衣碼頭旁邊海濱公園，昨日凌晨4時許，一名31歲姓陳街坊散步時，發現海中傳來呼叫聲，上前查看發現一名青年在水中掙扎，立刻將岸邊兩個水泡拋落海並報警求助。事主抓緊水泡待援，稍後由水警及消防船到場，將他救起送返上岸。事主姓林20歲，事後向警員稱因為專注看手機，一時不慎墮海。
