【本報訊】首批5個復售居屋屋苑，業主陸續收樓入伙，其中大圍美柏苑發現劣質工程。業主李先生斥資約200萬元購入美柏苑一個371平方呎中層單位，裝修期間發現單位廚房地台防觸電的水線只用軟膠包裹及外露在鋼筋上；地台喉管更離奇穿窿，令樓下單位漏水。驗樓師指情況不尋常，更可能出現漏電風險。房屋署證實，有關單位水線安裝不符合施工標準，已向承建商保華發警告信。
