黑幫新義安內訌演變成斬人及燒車案，東九龍總區重案組跟進調查，昨日(9月27日)於落馬洲拘捕兩名涉嫌傷人40歲本地男子，兩人分別姓羅及姓周，現正被扣留調查。警方行動仍在進行中，不排除有更多人被捕。
