【本報訊】港人喜愛食三文魚生，日本一名女子吃三文魚生兩小時後，出現嚴重胸腹疼痛、惡心及嘔吐的病徵；醫生用內窺鏡從她體內不同部位，鉗出11條仍在蠕動的寄生蟲「異尖線蟲」幼蟲，部份幼蟲鑽穿了器官的黏膜。本港微生物學家指出，食魚生有感染寄生蟲風險，最安全是煮熟三文魚進食。
