【本報訊】以醬油聞名的李錦記集團，家族昨舉辦一年一度的創業紀念活動，邀請逾千名員工、嘉賓一起上山祭祖。李錦記出動25架旅遊巴接載員工，在荃灣下花山一處墓地拜祭創辦人李錦裳及第二代掌舵人李兆南等，員工均穿上鮮紅制服。據他們說，國內外分公司均須派代表參加祭祀，並參加宴會聚餐，「變咗一年一度嘅annual dinner（年度晚宴）咁」。記者：潘柏林
