【本報訊】新界東北發展計劃最快明年開始收地，村民料可獲安置到房委會或房協屋邨，有關注組指不少村民有養貓狗及餵養無主的社區動物，隨村民搬至禁止養貓狗的公屋，古洞北及粉嶺北共約2,000隻寵物貓狗或因此被遺棄及流離失所，恐釀動保災難。
