【本報訊】特首梁振英指出，若激進年輕人主導香港社會發展，甚至成為領導人，相信非社會之福；又指要減少激進行為，要靠輿論反擊，鼓勵反對者發聲，同時鼓勵年輕人在輿論幫助他，反擊有人以司法覆核手段阻政府覓地。
