随着冠病疫情一发不可收拾，一些公寓和住宅区的管理层，开始要求居民必须进行冠病检测，并证明阴性后才可进入住宅区范围。
高级部长伊斯迈今天表示，这些管理层有权利这么做。
“为了确保居民的安全，公寓或组屋的管理层可以制定这样的条规。”
“我们不会制止他们，虽然国家安全理事会并没有出台这样的规定。”
