榴槤正值當造季節。註冊中醫師何慧潔表示,榴槤為熱性水果,虛寒體質人士進食榴槤有滋補作用,可改善手腳冰冷等症狀。但躁熱體質人士則少吃為妙,否則可加劇爆瘡、生痱滋或失眠等症狀。建議一般人不宜一次吃太多榴槤,最好每星期一至兩次,每次品嚐一至兩件便足夠。進食海帶綠豆沙、西瓜及雪梨等食物,可減輕榴槤帶來的熱毒。
