【本報訊】曾爆出賣假iPhone 5s事件的旺角先達廣場，再有不良店舖涉嫌將舊iPad Mini當新機賣，一名男顧客上月中招，回家登入蘋果官網查證，揭發該機已過保養期，連機盒亦是iPad2被人移花接木。事主質疑店舖涉嫌違反《商品說明條例》，已向海關及消委會舉報。
